Can my landlord evict me for a stained carpet ? I'm in Arizona.?

My landlord just gave me a 2 day notice that they intend to inspect my apartment. Ive lived here for 3 years. I have never had an inspection before. Now, everyone in my building got a notice. I have never been late even once with my rent. My neighbors say they can go through all of your stuff, open drawers, and closets and boxes. They also say they can evict you if your apartment doesn’t look like a picture in Better Homes and Gardens Magazine. My apartment is reasonably clean, but I have a very shabby couch with a hole in it , an old scratched coffee table I got at Goodwill, a very old TV on a scratched stand, a computer desk I found at a yard sale, I don’t own a dining room table and chairs. I have my stereo sitting in the small area where
the dining area is. My kids rooms have beds in them I got at a thrift store and toy boxes, but they don’t have dressers and their clothes are in boxes neatly folded. My mattress and box springs are on the floor and I don’t have night stands or dressers. I have a couple of boxes to put lamps on and my alam clock. My clothes are in boxes too -neatly stacked. The carpet was white when I moved in, but now even though I vacum a lo, it looks grey and there are some kool aid stains on it. I dont have any money to move -I’m barely making ends meet, now. Can they evict me because my apartment doesn’t look like a showplace and my carpet isn’t white anymore ?

Why does my computer have lag when…?

Posted on 03. Sep, 2011 by .

When I am on the internet I am perfectly fine, but sometimes when I am in an online computer game, like World of Warcraft or Battlefield, etc, I will get these odd lag spikes that slows the game down for a while and then it magically fixes itself in about 10 or 20 minutes and then starts again about 30 minutes later. If you play online computer games you will know how annoying this can be and how badly it can alter how effectively you play. Now, I have a router and Modem. Modem is Linksys cisco CM100 Cable Modem and my router is a Netgear RangeMax wireless router. The modem connection is cable. I do not know what cable company we have so I cannot answer that for you if you ask. We have standard cable though, if that makes a difference (when you get like channels 1-20 or whatever). We canceled it due to my sister moving out, and I rarely watch tv. Plus no one is ever really in the house to watch tv anyway. The Modem and Router sit on my computer desk and my pc is literally like 2 or 3 feet away from them. I do not know what wireless connector I use in my PC. I believe it is some sort of Linksys range max (it has 2 antenna’s). Both antenna’s are pointing toward the modem and router. There are no real metals in my room that can throw the signal off other then some tiny greek mythology statue’s I have on my table by my bed and one of those tall lamps with 3 separate lights, both those are on the side with my pc so I cant see that being a problem. Uhhhhhh, connection is security protected and i’ve ran my anti virus and have done a file wipe or w/e it’s called with the anti virus. No viruses. The stuff is not too old. the computer was maybe built in 08/09 and bought the modem and router in like 2009 or 2010 and the graphics card is a Nvidia 8500. When I am playing I do not have anything else open (multi tasking can cause lag). So is there any way to fix this or will lag always naturally happen? If you need any other information please feel free to ask and I will do my best to provide it for you. I live on the East Coast if that makes a difference, and no, the lag is not due to the earthquake or the coming of Hurricane Irene if you are going to try to suggest that :P Thanks for any help. Much appreciated.
Alright I checked everything and it was all fine. Checked everything you told me to check. I got a new anti virus and deleted 6 viruses from my pc and did a quarantine. Logged in and still get the lag.

Okay so yesterday I was pointing my kitchena and when I was standing on the chair I realized my ceilding was covered in tiny spiders. Im terrified of spiders so ever since I’v been constantly looking for them, and killing them. There are so many! Their on my ceiling, my lamps, & the chandaleir hanging from my ceiling, and sometimes on the wall. Today I started realizing webs, and there were even some in the corners on my huge computer desk, there was even one from the chandalier to the wall! yuck! How can I get rid of them? I live in a building, and I’d have to wait until the end of the month when the monthly pest control comes in, and I dont want to wait that long! I feel like their crawling all over me lol eww

I'm looking for suggestions on converting a small storage area into an office.?

Posted on 24. Aug, 2011 by .

The area is 41 inches wide X 56 inches deep X 90 inches high. The door is 30 inches wide.
I’ld like to build a desk against the far wall to hold my computer, keyboard and printer with shelves above. I also have a 14wX 25hX18d filing cabinet, phone and hard-drive to fit in. I will also need a lamp as there is no ceiling fixture but I can provide electrical to the desk.
Helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

Tenant rented my TH the 1st of AUG and wrote me a check totaling ,400 for 1st mth rent (,200) & Sec. Deposit (,200). In addition the Tenant wrote a second check that same day totaling ,000 for the purchase of: (3) complete BR sets (including mattress, lamps, & TV each BR), (1) Living Room set, (1) Kitchen Table w/ (6) chairs, & (1) Computer Desk. BOTH CHECK BOUNCED! Tenant owes me ,400 + plus late fees.

How do I go around writing a 5 day PAY OR QUIT NOTICE?

Would I include the Sec. Deposit & Furniture debt in this notice??

Please Help I’m a single mom who needed to down size because of money issues. I was not trying to make a profit! Tenant was suppose to take over payments… I did this so I wouldn’t lose my house (LOL)
