How to write a pay or quit notice?

Tenant rented my TH the 1st of AUG and wrote me a check totaling ,400 for 1st mth rent (,200) & Sec. Deposit (,200). In addition the Tenant wrote a second check that same day totaling ,000 for the purchase of: (3) complete BR sets (including mattress, lamps, & TV each BR), (1) Living Room set, (1) Kitchen Table w/ (6) chairs, & (1) Computer Desk. BOTH CHECK BOUNCED! Tenant owes me ,400 + plus late fees.

How do I go around writing a 5 day PAY OR QUIT NOTICE?

Would I include the Sec. Deposit & Furniture debt in this notice??

Please Help I’m a single mom who needed to down size because of money issues. I was not trying to make a profit! Tenant was suppose to take over payments… I did this so I wouldn’t lose my house (LOL)

Someone in my apartment broke a CFL bulb around some hard furniture and over a carpet, any additional clean up?

The bulb broke between a bookshelf and a computer desk, in a 2 ft by 2ft area approximately a few hours ago in the corner of my apartment. The whole lamp(which is small) also went down with it. I only have kitchen rubber gloves; and is there a number I should call for professional advice? I live In Pima County, Arizona. I really need help on this.
I already looked at many websites but I don’t know what number to call.
Well it’s not just the carpet, it’s also the furniture nearby and disposing the lamp too.

Where can i find a purple office chair?

ok so i am currently redoing my room nd my walls are orange and all fo my furniture is going to be white. i am going to add ALL accents in the color purple. like bedding, lamp, rug, pillows curtains… u name it. i am looking for a purple desk chair that i can use when i am doing my homework or surfing the web. II looked a the ikea website but none of the desk chairs are purple also, if u find an orange chair thats fine.
I am also looking for a chair to chill in like listening to music or reading a book in purple or orange of course.
ANNNDD! i am going to need a visitors chair when my friends come over. purple or orange of course

I am trying to redo my living room…what colors should i use?

Its rental, so i cannot paint the white walls. My carpets are light blue, which i plan to cover with rugs anyways.
So my budget is decent..but no new sitting furniture,i have to slip cover them.
So i need Colors for:……
Couch slip covers
coffee table/ side tables
rugs
lamps
plant stands/plant pot
wall hanging/picture frames

We like brights.bolds…we like blacks with white, yellows with black, dark maroon and white,

(also any good websites with just pictures of living rooms)

I want my living room to be warm and snuggly feeling, and right now its like dr. office feeling
