I get tired working in my enclosed office with no outside window. Is it due to a lack of enough light.?

I have a window overlooking the cubicle, but no actual direct sunlight. Just the flourescents. I was thinking of heading out to a local store and buying a cheap lamp to brighten up my office. It is not a lack of sleep or anything like that.

Anyone ever have a problem like this before?
